What kinds of safety features are offered?

We can’t talk about any vehicle without discussing the kinds of safety parameters that have been put in place to keep the driver and passengers safe. That’s why we want to talk about what the Gladiator has for safety technology. We highly recommend getting your Gladiator with the Jeep Active Safety Group package, which bundles in bright LED taillights, blind-spot monitoring, and rear parking sensors. You might also consider throwing in rear cross-path detection, adaptive cruise control, and forward-collision warning. Your mind will be at peace, no matter where your next adventure takes you.

What are a few trim levels that are available?

Jeep makes sure that you are never short on options, especially with the great trim lineup that you can find available with the Gladiator. Standard features, all found with the Sport trim, include a five-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, air conditioning, cruise control, and a six-way manual driver seat with height adjustment. Another trim to be on the look for, Overland, comes with a seven-inch touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, dual-zone climate control, 18-inch wheels, and automatic headlights. The final trim that we’re looking at with the Gladiator is Rubicon. This trim comes with locking front and rear differentials, tow hooks, rock rails, a Rock-Trac 4x4 system with 84:1 crawl ratio, and an electronic sway bar disconnect. There’s something for everyone with this truck.

What engines are offered?

We don’t need to tell you that the Gladiator is a powerful machine. Just the name alone should tell you that Jeep has made sure to equip this vehicle with the very best that they have to offer. That’s why it should be no surprise that a 3.6-liter V6 engine comes standard, with the ability to produce 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The standard transmission is a 6-speed manual, although you can actually choose an eight-speed automatic transmission if that works better for you. Later on in the Gladiator’s life, it will be available with a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6. This EcoDiesel cranks out 442 pound-feet of torque and 260 horsepower. You can’t go wrong with the 2020 Gladiator, especially with the 7,650 pounds of towing capacity.
